Kutchi masala adadiya is one dish which makes its accompaniments tastier. With the overflow of flavours, Kutchi adadiya pak has always been everyone's favourite. Kutchi adadiya is a gujarat famous winter special pak..it's gujarat famous delicacy. The kutchi Adadiya is prepared using the black gram flour and dry fruits and spice powders


Adadiya Pak 

Ingredients


For crumble:


2 cups Black Urad Dal (Whole) , ground to make atta

1/4 cup Milk

1/4 cup Ghee


1 cup Ghee

1 cupKhoya (Mawa)


1 tablespoon Gond (natural gum) , fried in ghee till crisp


cup Mixed nuts , (I used almonds, raisins, cashews, pistachios Charlie coconut)

2 tablespoon poppy seeds

For sugar syrup:


1-1/2 cups Sugar

1 cup Water


Indian spices


1-1/2 tablespoons Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)

1-1/2 tablespoons Cloves (Laung) , powdered

3 tablespoons Dry ginger powder

1 tablespoon Peepramul powder


Recipe


To prepare Gujarati Style Adadiya Pak Recipe, in a mixing bowl combine, urad dal atta, milk, ghee.Mix well.


Rub flour with palm for 3-4 minutes.


Heat ghee in kadai Add flour mixture.


Continuously stir it on medium flame till the mixture is brown in color.


Meanwhile, combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Prepare a sugar syrup of 1 string consistency and keep ready.


When flour starts to get brown color, add fried edible gum(gond) and grated khoya. Saute for a couple of minutes.


Turn off the flame and add chopped nuts. Mix well.


Allow the mixture to cool a bit. When mixture is lukewarm, combine it with sugar syrup. Mix well.
