Ingredients

🌿1cups rajgira flour
🌿1medium sized boil potatoes
🌿Pink salt to taste(segha)
🌿1 tsp Green chilli paste
🌿1 tsp cumin seeds
 🌿(jeera) powder
🌿 chopped coriander
🌿ghee for frying
🌿water for kneading if required
🌿rajgira flour for dusting

Method


🌿Mash the potatoes & mix in with the rajgira flour.
🌿Add salt, chilli & jeera powder in the flour & make a firm dough.
🌿Add water if required.
🌿Then make balls & roll each ball softly 
🌿since rajgira flour doesn't have gluten, it wil stick to the rollingpin , so use rajgira flour for dusting  Or you can roll in plastic paper
🌿Heat a pan, cook on both the sides.
🌿Then add ghee & cook like thepla.
🌿Serve with potato sabzi.
